IT Knowledge Base Service

TeamDynamix, the IT Knowledge Base allows service owners to create, update, and publish documentation about their IT services.

Laptop and Equipment Rentals

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides equipment for rent to faculty, staff, departments, and organizations of Illinois Institute of Technology and select external organizations.

PC Classroom Rentals

Illinois Tech’s PC classrooms may be rented for non-class use.

Support Desk

The Support Desk provides Service Desk and catch-and-dispatch services via phone, email, and chat to support the incident and service request processes for Illinois Tech OTS and other partners.

TeamDynamix

TeamDynamix, Illinois Tech’s IT Service Management platform acts as Illinois Tech’s primary ticketing and ITSM system.
