Please also list, the semester(s) you attended and if you were awarded a degree

If you attended other schools, your transcripts from there must be sent to the appropriate team for evaluation.
*Undergraduate students: Send your transcripts to admission@iit.edu
*Graduate students: Send your transcripts to gradcoll@iit.edu

If yes, please email documentation from your medical provider approving you to resume your studies to aa@iit.edu. This documentation is required before your application can be processed.
