How do I add users to see my bill/pay my tuition?
Answer
For Students
You can give others (parents, employers, etc.) the ability to access your account information and to let them pay your tuition. Follow the given steps to authorize the users you want to have access to your account.
- Log into portal.iit.edu.
- Search "Manage My Account"
- In the new tab, click "Authorized Users" on the menu bar on the right side of the webpage.
- Click" Add an Authorized User"
- Enter the information requested on the page and click "Add User".
- Once done, the user will receive 2 emails. One gives instructions on how to log in, and the other gives them the password to access the website.
For Parents/Authorized users
- Go to https://secure.touchnet.com/C20090_tsa/web/login.jsp and login in the Authorized users section with your E-mail address and the password that has been sent to you by sa@iit.edu.
- Once inside the system, you can look into the student's account and pay for her/his/their tuition.
