How do I go about resolving an AV issue in one of the classrooms/labrooms/auditoriums on campus?

Please document the following in the ticket:

  • Building and room number
  • Overall problem
  • Equipment effected
  • When the problem first occurred
  • Urgency of resolution (now, or by next class)
