How do I get a Refund for my failed print job?
Answer
Failed/damaged print jobs are only refunded as a free credit, therefore we recommend you request a refund before reprinting.
It is the student's responsibility to request a refund in a timely manner, therefore, any requests for refunds more than two days after the print job failed or was damaged will not be honored.
Refunds are only issued for jobs that either fail to print or were damaged by the printer in the process of printing. Any instance that is found to be user error, like improper file type usage or improper file formatting, will not be refunded
