Windows Only
Outlook(New)
- Open Control Panel --> Mail (Microsoft Outlook) --> Email Accounts... --> Change...
- Adjust setting under: Use Cached Exchange Mode
Outlook(Classic)
- Goto File --> Account Settings --> Account Settings --> Change...
- Adjust setting under: Use Cached Exchange Mode to download email to an Outlook data file.
