Setting up Outlook on the Apple Mail App

Resolution

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap Mail.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Choose Microsoft Exchange.
6. Enter your Outlook email address and a description for the account, then tap Next.
7. Tap Sign In
8. Go through our SSO and enter your password and tap Sign In or Next.
9. The Mail app may request certain permissions; tap Accept.
10. Choose the services you want to sync with your iPhone (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc.) and tap Save.
